Our Shipping Policy is a great way to learn more about how our delivery
process works from start to finish & what you need to be aware of as
a customer before you order your new gaming or home office desk-setup
from us.

Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping with all Desk Lab products throughout South Africa.
Shipping Process
STEP 1
- Once your order leaves our workshop we will notify you by e-mail &/or SMS.
- This notification will include all the details you need about your delivery.
STEP 2
- When your order arrives at the courier facility we will notify you by e-mail &/or SMS.
- This notification will provide you with updates & estimated delivery times.
STEP 3
- As soon as your order has left the courier facility we will notify you by e-mail &/or SMS.
- This will be the penultimate notification about your order.
STEP 4
- Once we get confirmation that you have received your parcel you will be notified by e-mail &/or SMS.
- The notification will allow you to immediately send us any feedback should you require.
- Here we are, this where our journey ends. Your new desk set-up is all yours & we trust that it has arrived in perfect order ready for some fragging action.
Shipping Exceptions
Desk Lab will not be held liable for any delivery related costs should:
- The delivery address provided to us proves to be incorrect or incomplete. (you had one job, we're not gonna say who)
- The item was not accepted during delivery. (somebody is fussy)
- The scheduled delivery date was not met. (somebody has forgotten something)
Lead Times
From the moment you place an order your new desk set-up has started its journey from us to you, OK maybe not the exact moment but we aim to have a turn around time of 3-6 weeks for all Desk Bundles. (yup, a longer wait than you might expect, but your order is made by us just for you when you place an order)
When We Ship
Orders are delivered during business days only (Monday to Friday). Public Holidays & weekends are excluded from delivery days.
Where We Ship
Desk Lab currently only deliver to South African based customers. (to our family members in Namibia, shem)
Collections
Unfortunately we do not offer collections at this stage as we are an online only retailer.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our workshop we will notify you by e-mail &/or sms with your tracking number & other details about your delivery. (start jumping for joy, because your brand new desk set-up is on its way!)
Insurance
Yes, we have you covered! All of your items will be insured in the event that something gets "lost"
Please note that: During the journey to their new home some of your items may unfortunately have a rough time. Upon reception please inspect your order & notify us immediately if anything has arrived defective or damaged. Don't forget to include photographic evidence in your query & e-mail us along with the other details of your order to info@desklab.co.za.
